Today i bought a 5600x via credit card and the payment went trough but I never received a confirmation email or a order number.

I suppose you are talking about AMD Store and not some other retailer correct?

When you purchased the processor didn't it show a Receipt on-screen with a Order Number on it?

Or open a AMD Service Request and input the Order Number and see if they can find out what happened from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

Yeah it was from the AMD store. I closed that page and went to my email to check if I had received the confirmation email but I guess it was my fault for closing it but is there anyway to see my receipt again?

I have tried this but when I put my email and the last 4 digits of my card it says "Incorrect order number and/or password."

Same thing happened to me yesterday and I'm still waiting for a reply from AMD. 

- Didn't get an order confirmation.

- Don't know order number.

- Can't "look up your order" always error Incorrect order number and/or password on both options.

- The Amount was transacted from my Visa

The only thing I got is an SMS from the bank with AMD with a number
