I suppose you are talking about AMD Store and not some other retailer correct?
When you purchased the processor didn't it show a Receipt on-screen with a Order Number on it?
Or open a AMD Service Request and input the Order Number and see if they can find out what happened from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
Yeah it was from the AMD store. I closed that page and went to my email to check if I had received the confirmation email but I guess it was my fault for closing it but is there anyway to see my receipt again?
