Checking NewEgg there are R9 processors with a high-end motherboard bundle but no discrete CPUs yet.
No RX 5700 cards yet either

They are available in canada with a blower fan, I will wait for a dual fan model before I become more interested
at least the radeon vii has a 3 fan cooler which makes it far more quiet
There's not much you can do but wait and sign up for the e-mail notification.
I have a lot of bookmarks for price checks and some for ebay for possible upgrades etc
not much else I can do but I did see a new GTX 1660 on ebay recently, probably did not do what the vendor wanted so he has to cut his losses.
