i bought my xfx rx590 fatboy in 15th January but the retailer did not gave me my code how get my games please give me a solution about that please.is there any way to get it from your page? i can give you all the information about my gpu and others stuffs.

the retailer site is Star Tech - Leading Retail Computer Store in Bangladesh  and now what i do next?

Contact Star Tech, ask them if they are a "participating retail store".

If not, your are not entitled to claim.

The retailer provides the codes, so if they are not participating in the promotion, then you won't get any codes.
