Which power supply unit? Is additional power connected to the video card(8pin)? I recommend downloading the drivers that are marked Recommended(21.6.1), you are not the first one who has such a problem, of course I would advise changing the card to nvidia. You have a second revision of the video card, there should be no problems in it. We also have a lot of people in Russia who complain about problems with the black screen on the rx5000, someone writes that a fresh driver helped him, who just didn't bother and changed to nvidia and there is no problem)
this is the link from the source, it actually has an 8-pin connector in fact it has 4, I also have that version of drivers 21.6.1, thanks for answering
Smart access memory function (Resizable BAR)disabled? If enabled, turn it off in the BIOS of the motherboard. Reset the BIOS settings, perhaps because of the RAM problem (if it works at a high frequency). Is the RAM installed correctly in the desired slot? According to the book, there is an instruction with the motherboard. 16gb of 1 die or 2 by 8gb? You may need to update the BIOS to the latest version, or simply reset it. Or the problem is in the motherboard itself, that it does not support this RAM.
As for the BAR, it is effectively deactivated, previously I have published in other forums and they also told me about restoring the bios, I already did it and it remains the same, I have also changed the ram memory slot and it remains the same, it is 16 in a slot and as for I have the newest version of the bios, as I have already mentioned I have already published in other forums and they also made me this recommendation.
I do not know if it is something about the configuration of the gpu or the cpu or in fact they had also recommended me to lower the speed of the ram a bit, they told me that although the motherboard supports it sometimes there are failures but I do not know if this be real.
Thanks again for commenting.
