For the last 3-4 days, my computer has been resetting for no reason. Mainly in games like BTF5 and RDD2. Sometimes in the menu, sometimes in the game. Nothing like temperature or bug report. I tested with Aida64 Extreme under 100% load for 25 minutes, no errors, crashes, or AMD Graphics errors. Do you think if I format it, will it fix it or would it be good to install Windows 11? What causing this?

CPU Usage: 30-40% CPU Temps: 67C-75 Max GPU Use 100% (no bottleneck)
