My PC keeps rebooting (Ryzen 5 5600)

Hello, my problem started from the moment I bought the processor. In October I bought this processor and installed it on my PC. What happened is that since I installed it, random reboots occurred at any time, which I didn't care about since I thought it was because of the program I was using (Photoshop, which consumes a lot of resources). As time went by, these reboots were more and more constant, until a month ago when my PC directly failed to boot normally and rebooted there. I found that the problem was the processor, so I tested the other components (all worked correctly) until I got to the processor that I tried on another machine and the same problems occurred to me, to rule out any other error, on my PC I tried another processor AM4 and the system worked correctly. My question is, can it be a manufacturing error? I never subjected the processor to any type of overclock or overload, never experienced high temperatures, never used the system at its maximum capacity, so I don't know what could have caused it (remembering that since I installed it the system rebooted randomly) . Thank you and I hope to find a solution.

Sounds like you have a defective AMD Processor.

Open a AMD SUPPORT - Warranty and see if they say you need to open a AMD Warranty ticket to RMA your processor.

If AMD Support or AMD Warranty site is still under Maintenance then try tomorrow and it should be available on that date.
