Hi, I really need help. So my PC's FPS would drop, my screen would flicker or stutter, and then my PC would crash and restart itself. (Audio would stutter too).

This happens very often especially when I'm playing games such as Valorant, Genshin Impact, or Fortnite. And I don't know whats wrong. It is definitely NOT the BIOS update issue.

My PC: HP Omen 25L Gaming Desktop (GT12-0050, 2020 Model), AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - Radeon RX 5700 

My monitor is a 60 FPS, 4K monitor.

I don't know what to do and I really need help. Do I need a new monitor? Like is it a monitor issue or is it my PC's issue. And what can I do to resolve this issue? Please let me know ASAP!!!

To rule out psu power instability problem, use a spare psu.

To rule out video card problem, use a spare gpu

Check the temperatures, install something like HWiNFO (https://www.hwinfo.com/) and run it while you game. I remember hearing somewhere that the Omen cases are pretty, but can have low air flow. Actually, a quick google search for "HP Omen 25L Gaming Desktop overheat" seems to confirm that.
