What GPU have you got? It´s probably a driver issue. Try rolling back to 22.3

Check in wattman settings as there is an option for 0db where it turns your fans off if under a certain temperature, mine turn off if under 50 degrees Celsius

Your CPU has increased load during your games, which leads to higher power consumption, meaning producing more heat, causing the fan to speed up to spread those heat, especially if you’re using 1–2 years old Intel CPUs. The higher the resolution of the game, the louder your fans will run. The same applies for GPU fans as well.
