This has been up for several hours so far. There were rumors MSI would charge $777 for it, so it seems like it will indeed cost that, with the cost difference between listing coming from import charges and currency conversion. Seems about as daft as Apple's $999 monitor stand.

I saw that too, needless to say I was not very interested in a motherboard that costs more than the AMD flagship Radeon VII

What so special about it? Is it due to MSI and/or X570 chipset? That has to be the most ridiculous price I have heard for a motherboard.

Likely mostly MSI, since reports have said that X570 boards would only cost about $40 more than X470. It doesn't look to be that special. Ok so it's eATX and has 4 PCIe x16 (x4 electrical) Gen 4 slots and 3 M.2 slots, but still, outrageous...
