Minimum Input current per Pin of SPARTAN 7.

Hi,

Could you please let me know Minimum Input current per Pin of SPARTAN 7. In document DS189, page no. 7 Maximum Input current mentioned as 10mA however no value at Minimum side is mentioned. I have bidirectional level translator part# TXB0108PWR which has drive strength capability of 20uA Maximum. Same level translator (A port = 3.3V) will be connected to Spartan 7 FPGA so need to know Minimum input current requirement per Pin of SPARTAN 7 FPGA. Refer circuit and image below.
