The problem consist when I am playing whatever video game, the CPU usage have a downgrade, from 60% to 12% or 15% of usage and also in the GPU. I already did a lot of internet solutions, videos and also upgraded drivers. So, that's why I am here, because I do not know what to do with this situation.

Also I disable the Radeon 530 driver in Device Management in W10 but it just use the Ryzen 3 CPU with 1gb Vram, I prefer the Radeon 530 because it has 2Gb, so that make it better for gaming performance. I hope you understand my point with my bad writing English skills. Greetings.
