I'm in need for A6-5400K with Radeon™ HD 7540D Driver for ubuntu 18.04.2 as fast as possible please.

Your APU is legacy with no more AMD driver updates including Linux.  The last version supported is Ubuntu version 14.04.

Unless you can find some newer drivers at a Ubuntu website.

I had downloaded all of the drivers packages and try to install it but it's not full and damage my operating system and make me install a new one if thare any way i will be thankful.

Deleted my answer.

From what I have seen there are no AMDGPU Pro drivers that are compatible with your APU Integrated Graphics nor are there any Ubuntu Drivers higher then version 14.04 that are compatible at AMD Download page.

Simply put your APU processor is too old for the latest Linux drivers.
