latest update 19.1.1 update switching to 19.2.1

The latest update is switching between 19.1.1 to 19.2.1 each time I launch the app claiming there is a new update as well as freezing my computer with each of the 2 updates. Can anyone please help me fix this issue cos im a noob at these things & only update when it says so.

It's a bug

Nothing you can do about it

It does not affect the function/performance of the graphics card
