Hello ,

I have bought a new laptop which has an i5-7200u chip, an amd r5 m430 graphics card ,with 4gb ram and a 500gb hard drive. I do not know why this laptop runs windows 10 and games so poorly

It would be nice if someone reply to me.

Because the M430 is an entry level card which is not meant for gaming.
