Is the Raise the Game promo applicable to the Ukraine ?

You have on your site indicated that when you purchase RX 580 a client gets 3 games for free https://www.amd.com/en/gaming/raise-the-game But when I turn to this link, but I do not see Ukraine. If I'm from Ukraine, I can not get free 3 games?
