Thanks for the reply!

1. My drivers are the latest version.
2. I am not using any recording software. I'm only using AMD's built-in replay feature from the Adrenaline software.
3. How do I know if my audio settings are configured correctly?

Think I have the same problem. I just updated Adrenaline to 24.5.1 latest update. The sound is automatically muted after I press ctrl+shft+S. Installed update. Reinstalled software with update. Checked the audio settings. Nothing worked.
