Browsing the Steam store shows me frames with no images. SOME images do appear though. My web browsers are fine, too. Also when playing 7 days to die, suddenly after installing these, some objects become invisible when turning to look at them from some angle.
Also can't run OpenGL games. They just CTD on launch.
