I have a PC with a GEFORCE RTX 4080 super and AMD RYZEN 7 7800X3D. I'm getting stutters in-game and I have noticed that there's a spike in CPU render time and I wanted to know if anyone can help me out. I've taken screenshots of when the stutters happen from MSI After burner and I think when the GPU no load limit toggles the stutters appear. If anyone has any insight please share because I sent my PC to the warranty store to fix this issue but they reported back that there was no issue at all. Could it be that my monitor is causing this issue or playing on 2k 240 Hz?
I've checked all the other parts like cables and memory but nothing appeared to be the cause of this.
