I don't now where I find the code to redeem the free games. I asked Newegg but they never answered I'm really disappointed in the service. I'm trying to buy a 3950x also as I can find one in stock so i'll need this info to redeem for that too.

Since it was eBay, even though it was Newegg's outlet, you may not be eligible. Newegg will issue any promotional codes you may be eligible for, so you need to contact them back though their chat feature and get an answer.
