I have power my fans and lights are on but I can’t get a signal on my monitor. I have an XFX 580 gpu & a Ryzen 5 2600 cpu please help.?!?!

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

I’m a new builder and yesterday I began putting my build together, I purchased an x370 ASRock Pro 4 board made all my connections but I’m not getting a signal when I try to boot my Windows 10 flash drive.?
