I don't understand overclocking

I have a 6900xt and I was just trying to have some fun messing with 3dmark, but anything I do makes my port royal score drop from like 10,500 to 8000 or lower even just a manual undervolt. My card runs exceptionally cool topping out on hotspot usually around 60c and 55c core. I'm running no vram oc with voltage set to 1100mv 2550 min 2710 max

Overclocking a GPU is not all that much of a science and it doesnt need to be unless you go hardcore with a water block to replace the stock cooler.

Just slide the power, clock and voltage.

You need to find the balance between clock and voltage, if you increase clock you will need to raise the voltages or you will crash. Some go with small clock increases and lower the voltage, but not every chip is the same, silicon lottery.

It will be hard to ruin the card, Jayz2cents already did a video about that, the card will just throttle and you will get less score.

But keep in mind, OC is always done at your own risk.

Good luck
