Overclocking a GPU is not all that much of a science and it doesnt need to be unless you go hardcore with a water block to replace the stock cooler.
Just slide the power, clock and voltage.
You need to find the balance between clock and voltage, if you increase clock you will need to raise the voltages or you will crash. Some go with small clock increases and lower the voltage, but not every chip is the same, silicon lottery.
It will be hard to ruin the card, Jayz2cents already did a video about that, the card will just throttle and you will get less score.
But keep in mind, OC is always done at your own risk.
