How to Fix 0xc0000005 application Error on windows PC

hi guys   i have been getting this error

The application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000005

particularly  on starting any browser   on  windows 7 what are the possible remedies  ??????????

the computer i am using is an amd 3.0ghz  2gb ram  500gb hdd

make is hp  pro 6005 micro-tower  using it for light browsing and documentation 

someone help me could this be a dead ram  or so

I tried this and it did not work.

Is it possible that the BEX whatever it is resides inside of the system bios?

If so then where can I find the system bios updates for a A8 6410?
