Sent everything AMD's support asked: proof of purchase, MB/CPU pictures and conversation with manufacturer.
Got impatient and looked for an alternative solution because AMD's support is not that quick around this time of the year i guess with the recent launch.
And I found out on reddit that my MB can boot with 5900x CPU even though the Manufacturer told me I need bios 2607 or above to post.

I updated my bios and no longer need a bootkit
I already emailed to cancel the bootkit request, I just hope it's not too late.
