2 to 4 days is normal. I've opened a handful of support tickets with AMD just keep a close eye on your email sometimes their responses like to show up in your junk email box.
Also adding a cell phone number to the support ticket will usually get a faster response and if you give them permission, they will contact you that way. I find this way easier as they can talk with you and help you more easily and effectively.
