How do I identify and remove old AMD files?

My AMD folder has 11.1 GB of files - clearly there is a lot of old files that could be deleted.  How do I determine which files can be deleted?  Furthermore, on running a "duplicate file" scan with CCleaner, I found that there are 21 GB of duplicate AMD files in the Windows directory.  AGAIN, how do I determine which files can be deleted?

Attaching a ScreenPrint of C:\Windows\winsxs showing 23,756 Folders with 95,777 AMD files from 2009 to 2018 !!!

Running Windows 7(Service Pack1} -64, ASRock z77 extreme9, i7-3770 @3.4GHz CPU, 16 GB RAM, Kingston 240GB SSD Boot, WD512 NVMe PCIe SSD,

Radeon 18.4.1, Adrenalin, AMD Radeon R9 200, 3072 MB, GDDR5, 940MHz.

Thanks, in advance, for your help.

You can open and delete every driver in the C:/AMD folder from your computer. Waste of space and totally safe.

If you use the clean install procedure to install your driver, DDU will safely remove all vestiges of previous drivers from regestry, etc.

And of course, many amd64 files are part of OS, regardless of what cpu/gpu combo you have.

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, Aorus gen4 1tb, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

To add,

Suggest you post a query on https://www.sevenforums.com/ for advice on reducing the size.
