I had this cars (Amd radeon rx 6600 xt gigabyte) for around 6-7 months in my possesion. Its brand new. In recent days my card has been having high temperatures on the newer and older titles as Call of duty MW2, Fortnite, Valorant etc.. The temperatures tend to stay and not drop below 85-90 degrees. I am playing on medium to high settings as recommended by AMD. With that my card has been producing some very noticable coil whine when idling, or playing newer titles. I need some help trying to understand what to change and enable in my graphics settings or do i need to change one of my parts. I am currently using an 650w psu i am thinking its what's causing the problems but i am not way to sure. Anyways here are my specs.
GPU = Amd Radeon rx 6600 xt Gigabyte 8gb.
CPU = Intel i5 1140 2.60hz, 2592mhz , 6 cores, 12 threads.
PSU = APS-650W.
MBO = Z590M Phantom Gaming 4.
RAM = ballistics 16gb of ddr4.
STORAGE = Nvme ssd m.2 1tb kingston.
