Hello,
Last November, I bought a new machine with the following specifications:
- Motherboard: TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI
- Processor: Ryzen 5 7600X
- NVMe: Samsung 980 PRO 1TB
- Graphics Card: RTX 3060 Ti
- Water Cooler: MAG Core Liquid P240 MSI
- Power Supply: Corsair CX650
However, since I bought my computer, it has always run at high temperatures. For instance, in idle mode, it consistently stays between 55 to 70 degrees. When I open a webpage, the temperature suddenly spikes by 30 degrees, reaching 80 to 90 degrees. Even in the BIOS, it stays between 60 and 70 degrees.
After some research, I found that these temperatures were considered normal, but recently, it started to bother me a lot. I also tried the original AMD air cooler, and the temperatures were even worse, reaching 80 degrees in the BIOS.
Should I contact warranty or support?
