Hello!!! Help please ! I want to start the stream.My computer : processor AMD fx(tm) 8320 3.5 GHz AMD radeon SAPPHIRE RX580 NITRO 8gb , 16gb memory operativna. Constant CPU usage by 90-95% . Stream tried to lead through OBS and Relive . Constantly drops fps when approaching rivals , the game WORLD OF WARSHIPS .
