My first time going to build pc with little knowledge. I do know how to follow instructions. 

My question is. Can i use this products and will it run. 

:AMD Ryzen 5 7600X - 6-Core 4.7 GHz - Socket AM5 - 105W Desktop Processor 

:ASUS AMD AM4 ROG Strix X570-F Gaming ATX Motherboard with PCIe 4.0, Dual M.2, SATA 6Gb/s, USB 3.2 Gen 2

:RX7900 xt graphics card

Any advised would be great!

No you will need a AM5 Socket Motherboard to be compatible with Ryzen 7000 Series processors.

Plus AM5 Motherboard uses the new DDR5 RAM Memory so if you have DDR4 RAM it won't work unless the Motherboard supports both types of RAM.

The Asus Motherboard is a AM4 Socket Motherboard. The newest Ryzen that is compatible will be the Ryzen 5000 series processors.

The Ryzen 5 7600X will not be compatable with an AM4 motherboard you would need a B650/X670 AM5 motherboard. If you wanted to use the motherboard you listed you would need to use a AM4 series CPU. You can also enter your specific parts into PC part picker and it will let you know if what you picked is compatible.
