[HELP] Maybe the last update destroyed my video card

Hello everyone.
In last saturday, i accidentally  updated windows 10 for the version KB5013942 (i guess).
And as usual... in every several update of windows 10, this amazing operating system just kick out my driver and AMD software from my pc. And yes, i already reinstalled in the version Adrenalin 22.4.2 Optional.

Talking about versions, my notebook is a Aspire 8 AMD Quad-Core A12 9720P with AMD Radeon RX540 and 8Gb of RAM and operating in 64x-bit.

Let's go to the problem:

Every fullscreen games or games in internet browser are with low rate of FPS. (this problem does not appear in windowscreen games). For example:
League of legends in full performance (low quality graphics) is runing in 06 fps.
Fallout 4 in full performance (low quality graphics) is runing in 10 fps.
PES 2017 in full performance (low quality graphics) is runing in 25 fps.

and all of them before the problem ran in high quality in 60 fps.

When i'm running this games, the cpu, memory and disc still oscillating between 35% to 50%
And i just use the windows defender. And everything else (youtube videos, spotify, netflix, documents...) is running very good.
Also every paste of temp are cleared.

I'll anex some pictures of my settings in AMD software and my computer.
I don't have any idea how to regulate this, so please help me.

I would run the AMD uninstaller and let it clear out all of the gpu drivers then reboot and reinstall adrenaline.

Your Laptop AMD APU Processor is not supported with AMD Driver updates since 06/2021. So the latest AMD Driver you have installed is not 100% compatible with your APU processor's integrated Graphics.

Here is the last AMD Driver for your Laptop APU processor from AMD Download page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-a-series-processors/amd-a12-series-apu-for-laptops/7th-gen-a1...

Screenshot 2022-05-06 232130.pngsee if this last Laptop AMD APU driver works better since it is compatible with your APU.

EDIT: from the Release Notes from Adrenaline version 22.4.2: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-22-4-2
