I too want to upgrade my Radeon HD 7800 Series, so that I can use Vulkan 1.3 and install the x-Plane 12 simulator.

Can someone help me to find a graphics card replacement that will work in a reasonable way?
I believe my CPU and ram is sufficient, btu I get the error when installing of:

This is actually for someone else who is somewhat confined and this is the desktop unit I have to work with. So I am thinking the most economical way forward is either to replace the graphics card OR keep him on x Plane 11.
