I’m trying to update my graphics card but whenever i try to download the amd app it won’t install and i can’t find my graphics card in the search area either it’s the AMD Radeon R7 graphics. but i don’t know which model or series it is.

At a guess, you have a processor with graphics (built in), type the processor model in the search box to find the graphics driver.
