Nobody could possibly begin to try and help. You need to give your system specs, what gpu, what driver, what game this is. Then explain more about what you are talking about. As a still it looks okay to me but I might not be looking at what you are.
About the only thing I could suggest in general is go to the game profile in radeon settings and make sure your texture setting is on the highest setting.
