I have 2 rx590- fatobys from xfx. I have a Corsair 500d se case, an AMD Ryzen 2700x (not overclocked), 3 120mm intake fans on the front and 3 120 mm exhaust fans, one on the back on two on the top. I'm constantly having overheating problems to the point where one of the cards shuts down. I've undervolted both cards to resolve the issue but they still over heat sometimes. What's the deal? TBH I'm conidering never buying an AMD gpu again.

70-75 is normal. I reach 75-80ºC and cards as mine (5700) are prepared to get even 110ºC, so I wouldn't worry much.
