hello , does someone if there is an official reason there is a specific download page for 23.1.2 drivers for 7900 that all reviewers give links and nothing on official download page ? and that, for days  now without any explanation .. i have 23.1.1 , but wondering what are  these 23.1.2 .. only beta ?

I am not sure about this myself, however there should be new drivers later this week, at least Frank Azor tweeted about one and a half week ago a new set of drivers, for all cards this time, will be released within the next two weeks:

It is a beta driver, but it works better than the 23.1.1.
The only downside is that you have to completely uninstall the previous driver. I used DDU from Wargnardsoft in safe mode.
If you only update it then the open circuit voltage increases.
(in my case from 36watt idle to 90watt idle.
With complete reinstallation as already written 36 watts idle on a 34 inch 144Hz display.
