Hi. After a blue screen with the code "KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION" my GPU started to use 300mhz at the minimum and maximum frequency for the Clock. It doesn't care if it's on idle or if i'm playing any game. It doesn't go beyond 300mhz.
When i reinstalled an older version of AMD with DDU (23.3.1) I saw maximum frequency (1366mhz) while playing R6 Siege but still base clock while playing 4Nite and on Idle

XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition 8GB (Never overclocked)
Ryzen 5 2600
Corsair Vengeance 2x8 3000mhz (Dual Channel)
Seasonic A12 600W
I've tried:
- "sfc /scannow"
- Reinstalled AMD drivers with DDU (Display Driver Unninstaller)
- Installed an older AMD version
- Windows Factory Reset
- Windows and AMD drivers are up to date
- No virus or another type or virus
- Changed energy plan but nothing happened.
