Games crashing on AMD RX 6750 XT GPU, duplicate drivers, driver timeout error

Last Sunday (3/26) I upgraded my PC with a new GPU, motherboard, CPU, and RAM (see specs below). The PC was working fine throughout the week. On Thursday (3/30), I was prompted to upgrade to Windows 11 and I did. I had no issues until Sunday when playing a game, both of my monitors went completely black and were receiving no video output from the GPU. The only way for me to resolve this was to force shut down my PC.

Since then, I have constantly been receiving errors stating that "AMD software detected that a driver timeout has occurred on your system" (see attached photo). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers for my GPU, as well as the previous version drivers, but I am still having this issue after 5 days. I have tried playing various of games such as Hogwarts Legacy, Last of Us, and Red Dead Redemption, all having crashed.

Furthermore, when installing the graphics drivers, it appears that they are duplicating when changing the driver in Device Manager (see attached photo).

I have already done a Windows 10 reinstallation because I thought the problem was Windows because my friends have the same GPU and were working fine but were on Windows 10, but it still shows duplicate drivers, and my games crashed again. I have tried other remediations such as disabling MPO in the registry, I did cleanup utility multiple times, and now just at a loss for what is wrong. I am thinking it might be hardware and I might have to return the GPU, but I want to make sure that it is something that is fixable before I go ahead and do that.

Specs:

GPU - AMD RX 6750 XT

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 7700X

Mobo - MSI Pro B650-P Wifi

RAM - G.Skill DDR5-6000

PSU - EVGA Supernova NEX650G

same issue.  I do not see duped drivers but everything else lines up! I'm looking for a solution or I will be returning my AMD gpu within the week

This is why I really dislike AMD compared to Nvidia. I've never had any Nvidia driver issues.

This driver package is working great "out-of-the-box" for my RX 6600 XT
