Recently upgraded to an AMD Ryzen 7 in a alienware laptop, with windows 11.  I have all the updated drivers, but still unable to play games.  Cyberpunk refuses to load, and No Mans SKy is throwing a weird OpenGL unable to initialize even though it runs on vulkan.  It is getting very frustrating that my old laptop with Nvidia graphics can play these game no probelm.

Have you tried verifying game files? Is this a new problem or has it been this way since you purchased the laptop?
