Problem:
When I play games in Borderless Windowed mode, my game starts feeling "unsmooth" it does not feel like the 144+ FPS is actually have (as excample Valorant / Escape from Tarkov). This Problem mostly appears as soon as I start streaming / recording with OBS. I don't actually have framedrops of any sort, it just feels unsmooth. As soon as I switch to fullscreen, everything is fine again. Any ideas how this is fixable (other Radeon driver / settings in my Radeon)? Is this a common Problem? Couldn't find anythign helpful yet.
