I have a CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X and a GPU: RX 5700 XT, and I am experiencing low FPS in games. I have checked the AMD software and neither the CPU nor the GPU exceed around 30% usage. I tried to improve this and somehow managed to get it up to about 50%, but I still experience significant framerate drops in games. For instance, in Fortnite, even with low settings, I am only getting around 120 FPS on average, with frequent drops to 30-40-50 FPS. Please help.
