I have had this problem since I bought my PC 1 year ago, and I can't find any solution, and I end up turning here to see if someone can help me or if AMD can read me.
This happens at totally unexpected times and lasts about 5 seconds, only the mouse freezes, the rest of the system continues to work correctly.
I have already formatted, cleaned the drivers, installed clean, updated the BIOS, Windows, tried different configurations found on websites, but no solution.
And this has happened to me since I installed the AMD graphics card, previously with an Nvidia GTX 1060 and the same components did not happen to me.
The main components are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5700X
Graphics: AMD Radeon 6700
Motherboard: MSI B550 Gaming G3
RAM: Team Group DDR4 3200
Windows 11 22H2
