First order in AMD Store: cancelled. Why?

Il was my first order in amd store for a 6800 graphic card.
 
I live in France (adress, bank, imposition,...). I have order the 6800 during last french drop. Paid with paypal.
 
At that time, I was at work in Africa AFrica for my job (may be there is a relation between this and cancelation!).
 
After confirmation, I have received a cancellation mail. 
 
Why ??
 
No mail to contact support for answer. Nada !
