So I claimed GTA V months ago on Epic Games Store, I started playing it recently and i noticed i would get lower frame rate, I would put all my settings on high/ultra it would be around 40 fps and when i would put it on normal and everything i can turn off i still had the same framerate i did not cap my frames or anything else, I have drivers up to date etc. ,my PC specs are :
Sapphire RX 570 4 gb
Ryzen 3 1200
8gb ddr4 3000mhz ram
