Today I purchased Marvel's Spider-Man 2 for PC and its recommending I install Adrenaline 25.1.1 However I have a RX 590 Series (Fatboy) and AMD is telling me that the most up to date driver is 24.9.1 While the game does tell me the 590 meets the requirements, the game crashes due to GPU hangup, most likely due to drivers. I guess my questions here is should I expect to see this fixed with an update, or is my GPU in need of upgrading? Thank you
The official minimum spec listed is RX5500XT for the game.
The RX 400/500 models have been on limited driver support for over a year now.
As @goodplay states, the minimum is a RX 5500XT which is a different generation card than an RX 590. The RX 590 is a DirectX 12.0 card and the RX 5500XT is DirectX 12.1 so there may be some newer DirectX features the game requires that are not supported in 12.0 - this would be a hardware limitation of the card.

The other possibility is as you mentioned that the card is capable of running the game but needs a driver update. If this is the case, it may be some time (if ever) that drivers for Polaris/Vega are updated for new games. The game was just released and is supported in Adrenalin 25.1.1 but this driver is only available for RDNA cards.

So is it there is chance of driver support for Rx 500 series card to have driver 25.1.1 to run this game or not , please give us a driver support to run this game one last time please amd , gtx 1060 6 gb can easily run this game but for Rx 500 series it is not even opening
Where are you seeing these specs?
I see the official Minimum listed as Rx 5500 XT or GTX 1650.
