Does the Radeon 5700 xt support Portrait-Landscape-Portrait Monitor configuration?

I currently have 3 monitors (43" LED TV's, 1080p) and have a RTX 2070 in Nvidia surround.  I want to change to a 75" 4K TV and use 2 of the 43" TV's in portrait mode on both side of the 75" TV.  The width of the 43" TV is 38" and the height of the 75" TV is 38".  Though the resolutions are a little off.  75" pixel height is 2160 and the 43" is 1920 in portrait.  Nvidia does not support Portrait-Landscape-Portrait format.

Does the Radeon 5700 xt support Portrait-Landscape-Portrait Monitor?

You can try using AMD Eyefinity and see if that is possible combination or not.

Thanks elstaci for the response, but you must not have read the problem.  I don't have an AMD card yet.  I have a Nvidia RTX2070.  I need to find out if PLP is possible before buying an AMD card.

Damn, Sorry about that. Your right.

According to this website, it shows a video how to set up PLP in Eyefinity: http://www.wsgf.org/article/amd-eyefinity-plp-portrait-landscape-portrait

It is 4 years old but should still be valid.

You can check the Eyefinity guide yourself from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-014

EDIT: to answer you question, I believe that it is the software that you use that determines whether PLP is possible. As long as the GPU card supports 3 or more monitors.

Otherwise I am out of suggestions.
