Did not receive free Games from my new purchase

I bought ryzen 3800x processor and asus 5700xt Graphics card this christmas for my new pc from a local shop. on radeon software i see there is free games comes with amd hardwares but i did not receive any during purchase. is it possible to get it now?

If your local shop is not one of the 'participating retailers' of the promo, you cannot claim free games.

Those 'participating retailers' supply the 'Coupon Codes' to claim the game/s.
