Computer recovery - CPU replacement AM3+

Good afternoon. On an old computer, I want to upgrade the processor. Socket AM3+.

Was earlier FX-4350, found in the nearest store FX-4100 and FX-8350.  Maybe there are other options?

Where to see the full list of processors?

I've got a Ryzen 5700X CPU. This computer actually belongs to my grandfather. The thermal paste hasn't been replaced in the old computer, and when I opened it up to check the stock cooler, it got detached along with the processor. He accidentally stuck to it and hurt his legs.

The motherboard is ASHATA, but I couldn't find their official website. I did find a comprehensive list sorted by socket types at https://cpu-socket.com/cpu-list-am3-plus/. Since the FX-4350 was supported before, maybe something similar could work?

We also need to upgrade the cooling system. I currently have a cooler that can handle up to 110 watts of heat dissipation. Alternatively, could choose a processor with a higher thermal output, as the tasks are fairly simple: web browsing and watching YouTube videos.
