I have "ryzen 5 2400g with radeon vega graphics" as procy and it runs dota 2 smoothly. But when I added my Asus ex-rx570-O4G, then suddenly my dota 2 just crashes/freezes right after the game opened. As i look at the compatibility, it says dota 2 is not available in my "ryzen 5 2400g with radeon vega graphics"

why should dota not run on a Ryzen 5 2400G?

mh...

1. do a CMOS reset
2. leave everthing at AUTO (NO OC & NO XMP)
3. test again

if error persists:
reinstall Dota2

if error persists:
1. disable Win10 auto-driver-install
2. delete C:/AMD
3. run DDU in safe-mode to clean old driver
4. install 20.12.1

if error persits:
as you switched your MoBo and left your old Chipsetdrivers etc on your Win10 install you should REINSTALL a fresh Win10 20H2...

Normally when you add an Discrete GPU card (RX570) to a motherboard with a APU (Processor with Integrated Graphics), the Motherboard's BIOS automatically makes the GPU Card it main Display Adapter and not the Integrated Graphics unless you specifically have in BIOS set to use strictly the Integrated Graphics.

So you can use the RX570, which is more powerful than the APU graphics to play DOTA 2 or you can remove or disable the RX570 (In BIOS) and just use the Integrated Graphics instead.
