Company of Heroes 3 Game Bundle - Participating retailer only offering XBOX GamePass discount

Hello AMD Community,
I purchased an AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D processor through the Amazon France sales platform on January 15th, 2023.

If I understand your AMD Ryzen™ 5000 Series Game Bundle correctly, this entitles me to receive a Company of Heroes 3 game / game code.

After contacting Amazon France support, they told me that by purchasing an AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D processor, one will only receive an 33% discount on the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription for PC (€19.99 instead of €29.99).

They don't know anything about an AMD Ryzen™ 5000 Series Game Bundle that includes Company of Heroes 3.

Did I misunderstand something here? Amazon France is directly listed as a participating retailer in your AMD Ryzen™ 5000 Series Game Bundle. Likewise, is the AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D processor part of the qualifying processors.

Can you please help me in understanding what went wrong here?

Usually the promo applies to 'sold & shipped by' amazon (not from 3rd party sellers/suppliers).

I bought this from there too and have a similar problem. There was a banner on the page for CoH 3, but this is now gone. I bought direct from Amazon.fr, not another company on the platform...
