Cant Connect to outside gaming servers.

I bought the ROG Zephyrus G14 at best buy. It ran smoothly for around a month and was connecting to, Epic games, Ubisoft, Rockstar, and many other gaming servers. After the first month the laptop stopped working, I spoke with customer service over the phone to try and get the laptop serviced. AMD sent the laptop back after a full month of repair, it seemed to be working just fine. I then tried to connect to gaming servers and found that nothing was connecting. I have spent a few months trying to fix this problem, and still cant connect to those servers. I have opened ports, downloaded drivers, adjusted my firewall, and many other fixes. is it possible that AMD could have forgotten to unlock a feature, or some other reason for me to not be able to connect to those servers.

P.S. I can connect to the internet, im on it right now. I can connect to EA servers and Steam servers, but nothing else.

First AMD doesn't repair laptops or PCs. Only 3rd party manufacturer do like Asus the manufacturer of your laptop.

So I suggest you open a Asus Support ticket under Warranty and see if they need to check your laptop again for proper function.

If you can connect to the Internet and to a couple of gaming servers that does seem to indicate the laptop LAN/Wifi is working. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to connect at all to the internet if it wasn't working correctly or intermittently.

It is possible something is blocking certain websites from connecting.

If you have a VPN enabled disable it and see if that works. Same with Anti-Virus. If your laptop is connecting through a home Router then the router could be the problem.

See if you can connect via Wifi at another place that has free Wifi like McDonalds or Walmart etc. If can connect to other gaming sites that means it is your router at fault.
